Can I change my delivery address after ordering? Yes, as long as the order hasn’t been dispatched. Contact WowWard as soon as possible by phone or WhatsApp so we can update the courier before pickup.
What if no one is home to receive the delivery? Our driver will call the recipient before arriving. If needed, we can coordinate a different time on the same day or leave the gift with a neighbor or building reception, based on your preference.
Do you offer support outside working hours? Our live team replies during business hours listed above. Outside those hours, you can still email or message us on WhatsApp and Instagram, and we’ll respond as soon as we’re back online.
